Therefore, trusted co-workers are likely to produce more and more work more willingly and harder. It is extremely important to trust your co-workers. The examples of proper leadership can be seen in the Virgin Airline Company founded by Richard Branson. He explicitly displayed all the mentioned characteristics of a great Leader that are mentioned in this book. He treated all workers well and he trusted them. That kind of attitude that Richard Branson adapted led to his extreme popularity amongst his co-workers/ labor force.
